1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions govern the reservation of furnished tourist accommodation rented on a temporary basis. The tenant may not establish residence there nor carry out any professional activity.


2. Reservation

The reservation becomes firm and final upon full payment of the stay and written confirmation by email.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 60 days before arrival: full refund.

  • Between 60 and 30 days before arrival: 50% refund.

  • Less than 30 days before arrival, on the day of arrival, or in case of no-show: no refund.
     

5. Check-in and Check-out

  • Self check-in: from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

  • Check-out: from 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Any unauthorized late check-out may result in additional charges.
 

6. Identity Verification

A valid form of identification (national identity card or passport) may be requested for verification purposes and in order to comply with applicable legal requirements.

 

7. House Rules

  • The accommodation is strictly non-smoking.

  • Pets are not allowed.

  • Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

  • Neighbourhood peace must be respected: quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

  • Any damage or breakage will be charged to the responsible guest.

  • Children remain under the exclusive and continuous responsibility of their parents or legal guardians. The owner declines all liability in the event of any accident, injury, or damage occurring inside the accommodation or within all outdoor areas, including but not limited to the playground and the garden.

 

8. Security Deposit
A security deposit of €500 is required to cover damages, breaches of house rules, and additional cleaning costs. It will be refunded within a maximum of 7 days after departure, subject to inspection.
 

9. Additional Cleaning Fees
In the event of excessive dirt or disorder, additional cleaning fees may be deducted from the security deposit.

 

10. Force Majeure
The owner shall not be held liable in the event of force majeure (natural disasters, administrative decisions, government restrictions). Any request to reschedule a stay is subject solely to the owner’s discretion and does not constitute a right to a refund. If exceptionally accepted, rescheduling is subject to availability, may incur additional management fees, and will be applied according to the rates in force for the new booking dates.

 

11. Personal Data (GDPR)
Personal data is strictly necessary for the management of reservations and stays. In accordance with the GDPR, guests have the right to access, rectify, and request deletion of their personal data upon simple request.

 

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and failing amicable resolution, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts territorially competent within the jurisdiction of Meaux (77), France.
