GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

This booking policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to reservations for our furnished tourist accommodations. By making a reservation, you agree to the following terms:

1. Reservation Process

• Reservations can be made online or via email.

• A confirmation email will be sent once the reservation is finalized, including details of the stay, total cost, and payment instructions.

2. Payment Terms

• The full amount of the booking is required to guarantee the reservation.

• Payment methods accepted: credit card and bank transfer.

​

3. Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 14 days the check-in date will receive the full refund. The payment will be refunded within 7 days after the cancellation.

• Partial Refund: Cancellations made after than 14 days before check-in will receive 50% of the refund. The payment will be refunded within 7 days after the cancellation.

• No Refund: Cancellations made the same day check-in or no-shows will not be refunded.

4. Self-Check-In and Self-Check-Out

• Self-check-in time: from 4pm to 12pm. Early check-in may be arranged upon request, subject to availability.

• Self-check-out time: from 4am to 10am. Late check-out may incur additional fees.

• Guests must provide valid identification (identity card or passport) by email.

5. House Rules

• All requests for baby cot (30 euros) must be made by e-mail before your arrival.
• The property is non-smoking unless specified otherwise.

• This is a accommodation with no shoes, please take off your shoes inside. 

• Pets are not accepted.

• Parties/events are not permitted.

• Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay.

• Noise levels must be kept to a minimum to respect neighbors and local regulations.

• Guests may be billed for abnormal excess consumption of water or electricity.

• Children are entirely under the supervision of their parents.

6. Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit of 500 euros is required and will be held to cover any potential damages or violations of house rules.

• The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, provided no issues are reported.

7. Modifications to Reservations

• Changes to reservations (e.g., dates, number of guests) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Requests for modifications must be made in writing and confirmed by us.

​

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions). In such cases, we will endeavor to offer alternative solutions or flexible rebooking options.

9. Additional Cleaning Fees

Additional cleaning fees may apply if the accommodation is returned in an excessively dirty state, deducted from the security deposit.
