CANCELLATION POLICY

• Free Cancellation:
The cancellation made more than 60 days the check-in date will receive the full refund. The payment will be refunded within 7 days after the cancellation.

• Partial Refund:
The cancellation made between 30 to 60 days before check-in will receive 50% of the refund. The payment will be refunded within 7 days after the cancellation.

​

• No Refund:
The cancellation made less than 30 days before arrival, on the day of arrival, or in case of no-sho will not be refunded.
